Just the highlights of reports received December 21 through
December 29 from the Niagara Frontier Region.
RAZORBILL, still present December 27 at the mouth of the Niagara
River. View from Queens Park on Front Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake,
Ontario, or from Fort Niagara in New York. The RAZORBILL feeds in the
rip current where the river meets Lake Ontario, and is often followed
by BONAPARTE'S GULLS.
Also the 27th, a BARROW'S GOLDENEYE on Lake Ontario, at the eastern
boundry of the region; at the Point Breeze eastern pier, in the
Orleans County Town of Carlton.
December 23, in Olcott, 4 GR. WHITE-FR. GEESE on the Lake Ontario
shore at Krull Park.
And December 28 at Times Beach in Buffalo, a RUBY-CR. KINGLET with
CAROLINA WREN, AMER. TREE SPARROW and WHITE-
THR. SPARROW.
